Scope

These terms govern access to and use of Cavalma Lifestyle, including the public directory, the journal, user accounts and business workspaces. By using the platform you accept them. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

The guide is editorial

Listings reflect our own research and judgement. Inclusion is not an endorsement of any specific transaction, and we are not party to agreements you make with a listed business. Editorial placement is decided by our team and is not for sale.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we pass it to the business you addressed and keep a copy so both sides have a record. Response times, quotes, availability and terms are the business's own. Do not use enquiry forms for unsolicited sales messages.

User accounts

You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential and are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account area. We may suspend an account that abuses the platform, sends spam, attempts to access another user's data, or breaks these terms.

Business accounts and invitations

Business workspaces are created by invitation after an application has been reviewed. An invitation is personal to the recipient and expires. The account owner is responsible for the people they add to the workspace and for the accuracy of everything published on the profile.

By publishing content you confirm you hold the rights to it, that it describes services you actually provide, and that it complies with Spanish advertising and consumer law. We may edit, unpublish or remove a profile if verification lapses, if content is inaccurate or unlawful, or if our editorial standards are not met.

Membership

Where a paid membership applies, it grants a verified profile and workspace access for the agreed period. It does not influence editorial coverage or search ranking. Fees, renewal and cancellation terms are those stated at the time of purchase.

Content and imagery

Text, photography and the design of this platform belong to Cavalma or to the businesses that supplied them. You may link to pages freely. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use our content for training or resale without written permission. Business owners keep ownership of what they upload and grant us a licence to display and promote it on the platform.

Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, bulk downloading or circumvention of rate limits.
• No attempt to access data belonging to another user or organisation.
• No unlawful, misleading, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• No interference with the security or availability of the service.

Accuracy and availability

We check details before publishing and update them regularly, but businesses change. Confirm anything important directly with the business. The platform is provided as it stands; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the guide. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. TERRA FIRME ANDALUSI S.L. is registered at Urbanización Atalaya Río Verde, 20 · 29660 Marbella · Málaga · Spain. Disputes fall to the courts of Marbella, Málaga, except that consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile and to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
