Purpose of the site

This site is an editorial guide and directory to businesses on the Costa del Sol. It publishes reviewed listings, journal articles and curated collections, allows visitors to send an enquiry to a listed business, and allows approved businesses to manage their own profile through an invited account. We are not an intermediary in any contract you conclude with a listed business.

Terms of access

Access to the public guide is free and does not require an account. Accounts and business workspaces are governed by our terms of use. Users agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that damages its availability or security.

Intellectual property

The design, source code, text, editorial photography and the Cavalma name and marks are protected. Business-supplied content remains the property of that business and is published with its permission. Reproduction without written authorisation is not permitted.

Hosting

The site is hosted and served through our cloud application platform, with data stored in the European Union. Details of the processors involved are set out in the privacy policy.

Liability

We take care that published information is accurate at the time of review, but details held by third-party businesses change. We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of a listing, nor for the content of external sites we link to.
